Not necessarily: Mild fatty infiltration is common in patients who are overweight. High liver enzymes can be caused by many things, such as certain medications, infection (hepatitis), excessive alcohol use and other liver or biliary problems. Easy bruising can be caused by liver issues, certain medications and other hematologic conditons. Please see a doctor for evaluation and close followup.
