Ear drops called floxin (ofloxacin) -- help my infection?

Hard to say.: Floxin (ofloxacin) otic is an excellent topical antibiotic for either a bacterial external ear canal skin infection or a draining middle ear infection through a perforated ear drum. We need to know what the diagnosis is to be certain that the drops will be effective. Your question simply states "my infection". These drops should be effective for the above two diagnostic possibilities.

Possibly: Ofloxacin otic may be used for treatment of Otitis Externa, Acute Otitis Media in children with tympanostomy tubes and Chronic Supporative Otitis Media with perforated Ear drum (with susceptible microorganisms).
