Have chronic lymphadenopathy should i be concerned at all if the right side-cluster on neck hurts when i swallow more so if i swallow after i yawn?

I would be: Concerned. Have they been biopsies? If benign they should go down. Assume they are reactive from some sort of infection and you are in good hands!!
