Tonsil?: You could have inflammation, infection or stone in the right tonsil. Or you could have a blockage in the right eustachian tube (drains ear to throat) which causes the discomfort. Also a swollen lymph node in the right neck could cause these symptoms. See your doctor or urgent care to figure it out!
