Ankle fracture: Most likely, the word "Chronic" in front of your ankle fracture diagnosis, means you suffered an ankle fracture at some time in the past, and it may never have fully healed, or you get "ongoing" (or intermittent) pains and/or problems in your affected ankle associated with this diagnosis.
