So i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth was put on heavy pain killer can this be the reason for my late perils thanks.

What perils: having all four wisdom teeth out can be miserable. Once the swelling is down, and pain subsides, you should be able to switch to just tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort and continue icing.

Could be : Sorry but the question is vague, the extractions and the pain killers should help with whatever perils you are talking about. If you mean you are still not well you may need to go back to your doctor for a follow up and may be some additional medication, meanwhile you have to ice it and rest. If you meant " period" you may want to ask you obstetrician .
