My mom had the prolia shot a few months ago and is now having severe muscle cramping and pain. pain also in neck and shoulder area. can this be effect?

Prolia: This medicine can cause low calcium levels. Low calcium could manifest as muscle cramping. Patients on this medication should be monitored regularly for calcium levels, and should be on a calcium supplement. With muscle cramps, a patient should see their doctor for evaluation.
