Need more informatio: Where is exactly the pain when you rotate it.. at the elbow or wrist or in-between? It could be Tennis elbow if at the elbow, or carpal Tunnel if at the wrist. That is why teh exact location and exact movement needs to be known before giving the diagnosis. Did you fall or had Tehran injury?
