Hemorrhoids: It is probably a hemorrhoid which is common after constipation. Use preparation H OTC, use stool softener, see your doctor if it persists

Hemmorhoids/Piles: Looks like due to chronic constipation you anus is inflamed due to straining to have a bowel movement. Drink 6-7 glasses of water, take lots of Fiber in diet, Take Senna and Ducosate at bed time as needed. See a Gastroenetrologist to see if you need to get a colonscopy. Use Hemmorrhoid cream with cortisone to decrease swelling.
