Constipation at guts: Usually constipation occurs in the lower abdominal area by the colon, not by the stomach that is located by the breasts. However, if constipation is chronic from reduced bowel movements/day, it can feel as if one is bloated, and that can be felt in the upper abdominal area. Consult your clinical nutritionist to how you can change or modify your diet to have better bm's, and drink more water too.
