Anxiety symptom: This is not a too unusual anxiety symptom. Ask your Behavior therapist to help you work on this. There are relaxation exercises and scripts you can learn for settling down to sleep. Mindful meditation can also teach quieting skills. I'd avoid medication unless absolutely necessary - but even then, a mild OTC benadryl (diphenhydramine) or melatonin before getting into psych drugs. Best!
