Most likely not : I in 41 years have never heard of any co relation. Your chest pain and numbness may be related to some cause other then root canal. Please consult your MD right away or even go to emergency room. Good luck.

Unlikely: I don't see how they could be connected, but everything is possible, you need to see a physician to rule out other underlying medical issues such as heart conditions that are more important at this time then the root canal. Please don't delay.
