Technically yes...: Dental infections can spread through your bloodstream, but you would have to have a major infection to have it spread to your arm and breast. Hopefully you are being seen by a dentist who has this problem under control... All the best.

Possibly: If you have not had the root canal, then the infection at the base of the tooth is available and could spread to other parts of your body. If you have had the root canal and then develop these peripheral infections, then it's probably not from the root canal unless the bacteria are cultured from the infective sites then analyzed, then one could know where the bacteria originated.
