Eyelid bags: Sometimes decreasing salt intake, resting, and cooling with cool compresses can help. Filler injections can also provide great results without surgery.

No miracle cure: You can cover with makeup or have oculoplastic procedure. (less expensive would be to use filler to fill in and hide the trough).
