Difficult: Glasses, contact lenses and refractive surgery all cost money. There is great varialility in what is covered by vision insurance so checking that option is wise. There may also be programs in place through the rotary club and other charities that provide eyeglasses.

Vision: Poor vision can be due to many things. If you were told you have a lazy eye or amblyopia, using your glasses and general good eye health practices are best you can do: eating green leafy veggies, omega 3's in wild salmon or otc pills, don't ever smoke. It will depend on your diagnosis otherwise. Keep tear film working well with lid hygiene: see post on step ladder: http://eyedoc2020.Blogspot.Com.
