Heart Failure : An Ejjection Fraction of 60% or higher is normal. 43% is lower than normal. Next step is for the cardiologist is to find out the reason. Ischemic heart disease, non ischemic cardiomyopathy etc. You need a Nuclear Stress test next then possibly a cardiac angiography after that. Need to stay and follow up with the cardiologist extremely important.
