Feet twitching: Does not appear serious, but at times, twitching can be due to subtle fluctuations n various body chemistries, so try stopping the supplements and see if your wife notices the twitching is gone, then you have your answer. Good luck.

Sleep disorder: One thought that comes to mind is a variant of Restless Leg Syndrome termed Periodic Limb Movements of Sleep, but benign myoclonus may also be occurring. Best way to tell is via an overnight sleep study, but if you are not bothered by this, could get addressed electively, Doubt your supplement is playing any role, good or bad. Why do you wish to spend money on what you mentioned above?
