Coronectomy: is a surgical option for impacted lower wisdom tooth in close proximity to the inferior alveolar nerve. A coronectomy is a procedure in which only the crown of a lower wisdom tooth is removed, leaving the root intact. For your information inferior alveolar nerve is a branch of the trigeminal nerve, not facial. Respectfully.

Wisdom tooth: See an oral surgeon about your wisdom tooth. With 3d imagining the surgeon will know the exact relation between the nerve and the tooth and can treat the tooth safely.
