Many possibilities: There are too many reasons for headaches to list here. Common causes based on your profile include 1) Chronic sinusitis, caused by allergies, intolerance to dairy and gluten, and smoking 2) excessive use of pain relievers, which can cause rebound daily headaches if taken regularly.
