Pityriasis Rosea: Pityriasis rosea typically lasts between eight weeks and three months. If the rash is still there after 3months you do not have Pityriasis Rosea.

About 3 months: The rash of pityriasis typically lasts about 3 months. The size of the lesions are not predictive of how long the rash will persist. Without seeing it I cannot say, but if you are concerned see your doctor.
