A member asked:

Cbc diff test results for m38: wbc up from 6.2 to 8.9, monocyte% down from 6.7% to 3.7%, neutrophils% up from 43% to 58%. is there anything to worry?

Stop worrying: White cells, neutrotrophils and lymphocytes fluctuate wildly and usually for no apparent reason. A cold shower can double a man's neutrophil count in ten minutes. I wish labs didn't even report percentages, as only the absolute numbers are meaningful; if your results are anywhere near the reference ranges for absolute counts, and the cells appear normal, it's not any concern.

These all look fine: Is your hemoglobin normal. Then you ahve no reason to worry about your cbc>.
