Depends: Limiting your calorie intake is a good start for weight loss. But you must be careful about how much you limit it and what you are limiting. To few calories makes your body go into starvation mode and is not healthy. It is best to speak with a weight loss specialist/dietician or your doctor to determine the proper calorie intake for you and your goals. Be sure you eat the right foods as well.

Weight loss : You may have lost weight on this diet and it may have worked for you ! I don't think it is healthy , because you are missing out on nutrients , because you are eating such low volume of food . Unless you are taking some high powered organic , food supplements , I believe , long term side effects would be hair loss , brittle nails , saggy skin . Rethink this concept . See a dietician and a doctor
