Vomiting : It sounds like you may have had a viral illness and the rash is due to the virus . However not having seen the rash it is difficult to tell . With you being on BP needs , I recommend an evaluation by a physician to make sure you are not dehydrated & to R/o other causes for vomiting . Take care .
