Serious problem: Your symptoms are suggestive of spinal cord compression and require urgent evaluation with imaging studies of your spine and perhaps other areas as well. While MS can cause these symptoms, a thorough neurologic exam and evaluation is definitely required until serious problems can be excluded. Do not ignore this and get a second opinion if necessary.

Can't Answer: I would need more information about your clinical examination to comment, but I cannot state whether you have multiple sclerosis. Best to discuss with your doctor or perhaps a referral to a neurologist.

Considerations: Would consider your problems to be possibly due to peripheral nerve or lower back locations, and this could be sorted out with an MRI and EMG studies. MS is a less likely diagnosis. Perhaps a neurology consult is in order.
