Sorry: But I don't know what a meg is. Epidural cortisone shots, often needed in a series of 3, are often really great to reduce the inflammation and pain when a disc bulges or herniated and pinched on the spinal cord. If MRI indicates they should work don't give up until after the full series of 3 .
