Sounds like muscle: Pull. Calcium might be good for you if you don't get 5 dairy a day but neither will help your muscle! Try gentle stretching, 4 ibuprofen 3 times a day with food, ice or heat 15 min twice a day whichever is best for you. If not getting better get an eval as you might need physical therapy
