Carotid stenosis : Internal carotid Artery is a major Artery supplying blood to the front of your brain. A congenial defect in the ICA Should be looked at by a vascular surgeon who perform carotid surgeries regularly. Experience in this kind of surgery is very important.

Vascular surgeon: A vascular surgeon is best qualified to evaluate, advise and treat you for this problem,if any treatment is needed. He/she is also best to monitor the situation for you.

Don't worry: A narrowing of the L inferior cerebral artery of the brain, at a point which is far from central, meaning it is unlikely this is a serious problem. If this is considered mild or moderate, NO further action is needed unless the person becomes symptomatic, or ill from this problem. Surgery - cuts out the narrow portions and sews the 2 ends together. Should not worry about this
