torn frenulum?? he won't talk to a doctor about it, happened a week ago and is still sensitive. also sink tag now present

Frenulum: Lip, tongue? There's not much to do about it. As long as it's not getting infected. It will take a while to heal. If the pain persists, insist on having it looked at. If the skin tag is at the same location; it may be the remnant of the frenulum.
