I've had pneumonia for 3 weeks and i got rid of it 10 days ago. ever since, every now and then i can feel my heart rate rise and my heart starting to beat faster, making it a bit difficult to breath. is this serious? should i talk to my doc about it?

Yes. Breathing difficulty should not be ignored. It is even more relevant if your pneumonia was due to Covid-19. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless as your increase in heart rate may be due to dehydration. Wish you good health!
