Outcome?: You need to have the patient evaluated by an oncologist. The cancer also has to be staged. If the cancer is confined only to the kidney, removal of the cancerous kidney is a cure. If the cancer has spread to other sites, such as the bone, the prognosis is not as good. Good luck.
