Cannot tell...: With just a urine dipstick it is not possible to diagnose liver disease. That bilirubin appears in it does not necessarily means you have liver disease. It might just some bilirubin spill due to its dilution in urine. However for confirmation you might need to get other labs that are more reliable and can definitely suggest if there are any issues with your liver or biliary system.Talk to your PCP
