This depends: It depends on how active you are, what medications you may take, and what illness you may suffer from. But in general the slower your heart rate the better it is for your health. As your heart is a muscle, and if it beats "fast", it goes through more "wear and tear". But you can have too slow a heart rate where you might feel fatigue, poor exercise tolerance or even pass out.
