No: It may be many things, but there is one serious, yet not common, thing caused by antibiotics that needs treatment. If it persists or worsens after stopping the medicine, see a doctor.

Not True: Diarrhea while taking antibiotics could be a serious infection from Clostridium Difficile. If Mucoid diarrhea while taking antibiotics please inform your doctor so that your stools can be tested for C.Diff Toxins. Risk of SERIOUS COLITIS if thsi is NOT recognized and TREATED.
