Serious symptoms: Your child must be seen by a pediatrician now. These symptoms in a one year old child can be the "tip of the iceberg" for something serious.

Evaluation: I would get her seen as soon as possible. The only way to be certain it is not serious, is to get her evaluated. Diarrhea will result in dehydration if there is no fluid intake and dehydration is particularly hazardous to the little ones.
