Well...: I do not have all details.... In a menstruating woman anemia and iron deficiency is not uncommon... Yet, you had a hysterectomy and the most common place to lose blood is the colon, and in general the gastrointestinal tract. A negative test for blood in stool is a good thing, but keep in mind that very small bleeds will not show on this test. You might be in need for a colonoscopy.
