Get an examination: Your symptoms could be due to an infectious entity or they may not. A good examination of the ears, sinuses, and upper airways will give you more information. Of course, depending on how long you've been taking the Cipralex you could also think that some of what you're having could be related to side effects of the drug. Bottom line, you need to be seen by a doctor.
