Pathological: Vaginal bleeding doesn't have to be from your natural "period". There are many reasons you can have vaginal bleeding. Infectious, cervical bleeding. Anovulation (no ovulation, as in PCOS) Vaginal laceration, cervical laceration Hormonal causes (progesterone withdrawl) I would suggest seeing your OB/Gyn doctor
