Be patient: Sometimes your expectation for a period is not on the same time schedule as when your uterus wants to start her process. Be a little patient. Anxiety and worry can throw a woman's schedule off even though you may have symptoms of pms or similar. Of course, if the period does not occur and this is unusual for you other options must be considered. But if only a day or so off just b-r-e-a-t-h-e!
