Start slow: Get the ok from your ORS before u begin running again; @ 1 year post - injury you should be able to start... My reccomendations would be make sure your ankle is strong ( theraband etc.), coordinated (proprioception-- balance)and begin slowly( walk, fast-walk) then jog . Best of Luck!
