Chest pains: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your PCP for re-evaluation or a cardiologist is warranted. Take care.

Costochondritis: If heart and lung tests are normal them it could be inflammation in the joints between the ribs and the sternum. Ibuprofen and chiropractic care may be helpful.
