Yes: Cyst is a fluid containing structure. Parotid gland can have cysts, but usually not mobile as you described in prior question. Skin cysts - sebaceous can occur anywhere on skin including ear and jaw area. Any trauma? Any punctures? Foreign body can cause granulomas lesions.
