?peripheral nerve: Could be lumbar stenosis, vascular insufficiency, small fibre neuropathy. Maybe get neurological evaluation??

Nerve compression: A common cause of your symptoms is nerve compression but more information is needed to determine where the compression could be located. Was there an injury, when do you get the sensation, what is the exact location of the sensation? With those answers a better evaluation can be made.
