What is the best treatment for carpel tunnel if my right arm is still swelling, i refuse needles to be put in wrists, is it surgery?

See details: If splinting does not help and you refuse a local injection, then surgery is the best option. Why is the arm swelling? Diagnose and treat that cause and the carpal tunnel symptoms may also improve.

Surgery is best.: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome means you have pressure or irritation of the Median nerve in your wrist. If not corrected it can cause damage to the muscles and weakness of your hand. Do not ignore the symptoms. You should have the nerve tests done. The small needles are not like the ones used for a shot. Discomfort is minimal and the information is needed before surgery.
