Uti: it may be a urinary tract infection from bacteria or fungus. You may also want to be tested for bacterial vaginosis.

UTI: You most likely have a Urinary tract Infection (UTI) which is very common in young sexually active females. A 3-5 day course of antibiotics is usually prescribed. Drinking lots of water is encouraged. Your symptoms should improve in 48-72 hours.
