What risk?: Your question is important - despite much effort to educate people on how HIV is transmitted (ie unprotected sex, body fluid transmission, IV drug use), there still remains the fear that just being in the presence of someone with HIV , they will get the disease. This fear is ABSOLUTELY unwarranted. Again, there is NO RISK WHATSOEVER of getting HIV in the situation you described.
