Will boil cause tender lymph nots if boil has not drained yet. i do work pulling and lifting. the pain is not bad just tender both on boil and lymph?

Infection: The boil/abscess, most likely caused by some infectious process, could certainly cause the lymph nodes in the surrounding area (or near the area) to be enlarged and tender. Get evaluated and treated. Best wishes to you.
