see dermatologist: You should see your pcp or a dermatologist. You will need to be treated with appropriate antibiotics and some times drainage of the boils might be needed.

See a doctor: Sounds like you have an infection of some sort - possibly folliculitis of the scalp that requires antibiotic treatment.
