Usual & matural way.: I'm sure every one is looking for some answer to your question, different from the usual one given. But you will not get one from me. Healthy, nutritious, well balanced diet, eating smaller amounts 4-5 times daily, overall reducing the daily calorie intake. Exercise daily, but include ab and chest muscle exercises specifically. Tip: drink glass ice water with lime/lemon before each meal.

Spot fat loss does: not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some may be abdominal fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy & be physically active. Calories burned must > those consumed.
