Not Regular soda: You can never go wrong with water. Non sugary drinks with less carbohydrates are acceptable too. Moderation: Assuming that you mean alcoholic beverages, these have special risks in people with diabetes. It has been generally recommended to drink no more than 1 or 2 alcoholic drinks per day, but you should consult your physician first.
