Still maybe: Usually, to date a pregnancy, we ask pts about their last NORMAL period, which it sounds like yours clearly was not. I would not put much weight on the stomach sensitivity and increased urination. I never try to steal any one's joy so I'm reluctant to say "no". I will say "possibly but not probably" pregnant. Overall, I think it's still too early to say definitively.
